Incised German doll mark on bisque shoulderhead plate. At the bottom of the back of the shoulder plate by the left hole is the number 639. In the middle are the incised words "Made in Germany" written in script. On the right is the capital script letter N and the number 10.
Fixed eyes, closed mouth. turned head, full domed head, found on kid leather stuffed early ABG doll body.

Parian or non-glazed white porcelain shoulder head with painted eyes, molded unusual hair style, molded necklace, and scalloped undergarment top. Head has pierced ears.
Blue irises have no highlights nor outlines. Lips have a painted darker line between them.
Glazed china doll head with middle part named after the famous opera singer, Adelina Patti.
Parian or non-glazed white porcelain shoulder head with painted eyes, molded hair and crown, with molded earrings. Her lower arms and legs are also white non-glazed porcelain (Parian).
Hairstyle dates the doll to the 1870s, Crown and facial feature may be recognized as representing the Empress Eugenie, wife of Napoleon. Lydia Richter's book says she is called "Miss Liberty" by American collectors.
Identifiable ABG features are the vivid blue outlined eyes, multi-stroke painted eyebrows, painted upper and lower lashes, and the long slender nose. Her mouth has a darker accent line.

Bisque head Kewpie doll marked "Made in Germany 1377" on the back of her neck. She has a cloth body and lower bisque arms and hands.
Believed to be made by Alt, Beck & Gottschalck because ABG had a series of head molds in the 4 digit 1300s.
Her side glancing eyes are painted black and her original dress tag reads

Incised size mark of only the size number 7 on the back of a bisque head with a closed mouth and fixed eyes. The doll head has pierced ears and two holes at the top of the front forehead. She has an unpainted space between her lips.
Doll head was possibly manufactured for the French market. The manufacturer is believed to be BÄHR & PROESCHILD on a wooden peg jointed fashion doll type body made in Sonneberg.
Incised size mark with B&P incised within two crossed swords with the number 0 below the swords. Mold number 585 incised under the swords with size number 2 below that. Then at the bottom is the word "Germany."
Doll head is a baby face with eyes that open and close. The mouth is open and shows two top teeth.
Raised German doll mark on metal doll head with the arched name MINERVA over the trademark of a helmet. The mark is on the bottom center of the front shoulder plate. On the back bottom center of the shoulder plate is the word GERMANY over the size number 8.
The doll head has brown glass eyes, blonde molded hair and open mouth.

The doll head resembles the oriental doll heads made by Armand Marseille.
The doll head was found on a composition jointed nature baby body stamped "Germany" on the back, and wearing a dress with the tag for Amberg Dolls reading "The Original Newborn Babe" registered in 1914.

CMB stands for Carl M. Bergmann.
She has molded eyebrows, eyes that open and close, and an open mouth with 4 teeth.

This was a shoulder turned head with a dimple in her chin and pierced ears.
(It is not known where the eyes were fixed or not as the head was found without the eyes.)

This face mold 939 has two different bisque head rims, a thin rim for the French market and a wider rim for the German market. The one pictured is the wide German market bisque head.

This face mold is said to come in two versions - with closed or open mouth.

This socket doll head had a plater pate, wide sleep eyes, and an open mouth with two front top teeth and no pierced ears.

Incised German doll mark on the back of the bisque head that reads 179. This face is considered a "Character Doll." This particular doll head had a circumference of 8.5 inches and she stood about 15 inches high.
This doll has no other markings except "GERMANY 0½" stamped in red on the back of the jointed composition body, a Kestner mark.
The doll head has painted eyes with brown irises with highlights in each one. The mouth appears to be open but does not open through the bisque.
Doll head 179 was registered by Kestner around 1908 and can be found with painted or glass eyes, as well as a closed or open mouth.

Incised number 7 found inside the shoulder plate along with a painted number 27 of this porcelain head.
The hairstyle of this doll is known as the "Covered Wagon" doll head and dates to the 1850s.
The painted facial features helps identify the doll head as made by Kister. She has 10 vertical curls, nearly straight single-stroke eyebrows, blue painted irises with no outline and no highlights. She has a long narrow upper lip with slightly rounded peaks on the end. Red painted nostrils, a red stroke over the eye, and red dots in the corner of her eyes.
